Our 2-Way Detangling brush is perfect for hair type 3A to 4C. Our brush has been designed to detangle kinky and coily hair pain-free while minimising wash time when it comes to detangling. Simply moisturise with water or our ‘Leave-In Hydrating Detangler’.

How to use:

  1. Start with wetting your hair with water, moisturiser or your favourite conditioner.
  2. Section hair and begin detangling from the ends to working your way up to the roots. While detangling the hair you have an option of removing the locking clip and letting the brush glide for or keeping the clip-on for tighter curls.

This brush comes in 3 different colours and a locking clip accessory.

When purchasing from The Taniel Collection, you are agreeing to our policies.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/exchange.

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Returns are only accepted on items that have arrived damaged or faulty.  Our return policy is 14 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after 14 days of original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To return your product, you should email info.thetanielcollection@gmail.com to initiate the process. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. Please contact us if you have any questions or problems.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  your item must be in its original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
