We aim to get your delivery to you within 3-5 working days via royal mail. (due to covid-19, delays may occur and we apologies in advance.
We package our products with care by using strong boxes, as well as filling all voids with protective materials. Of course accidents may occur during the transit process, we aim to do our best to avoid damage to items.
Refund Policy
Our aim is to satisfy all our customers. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase and want a refund, we are happy to refund back the money within 14 days on the basis of us receiving back our product unused and in its original packaging.
Simply send us an email on divinehomescents@outlook.com informing us of the reason why you are unhappy with your purchase, and you will be provided with an address to return the product within 14 days from delivery for a full refund. In this circumstance you will be responsible for arranging and paying for the returns of the item/s to us.
