Our large 2 tier sized nappy cake makes a gorgeous unique gift for any new arrival and is available in your choice of colour. Each 2 tier nappy cake comes with loads of baby essential items and some items are hidden away in the centre of the cake, making for a lovely surprise once opened. The nappy cake has two layers, a 6-inch cake board at the top and an 8-inch cake board at the bottom, which are finished off with satin ribbons in your choice of colour.
