**Do you know the 3 minute rule?**
The first three minutes after getting out of the shower are crucial for locking moisture into your skin. After showering or bathing, return to the bathroom and gently pat your skin dry. While your skin is still slightly damp, warm the butter between your palms and massage it into your skin in the direction of your hair, starting with your feet.
