HOW TO USE

For use in the bath or shower.

FOR THE BATH

Sprinkle 1 cup of bathsalts into running warm bath water,

Allow salts to dissolve, soak in the bath for approximately 20 minutes.

FOR THE SHOWER

Sprinkle 2 – 3 scoops along the shower floor.

Shower with hot water to dissolve the salts and release the steam of therapeutic vapours.

BLADDERWRACK (Fucus Vesiculosus)

Bladderwrack, is arguably the most well known seaweed of the brown algae species and renowned for it s rich botanical profile being high in vitamins and minerals, such as calcium, iodine, magnesium, potassium, sodium, zinc, and vitamins A and c.

An added benefit of this powerful botanical is that it is high also in health-promoting plant compounds called phytochemicals which include phlorotannins and fucoxanthin, that may help reduce oxidative stress providing defense against free radical damage and boosting antioxidant activity within the body.

MAGNESIUM SULPHATE

HOW TO USE

For use 1-2 times weekly.

Particularly effective in the night care regime to support nocturnal repair.

STEP 1

Apply a small amount to face, avoiding eye area, leave for up to 15 minutes.

STEP 2

Rinse off with tepid water. Gently pat dry and follow with facial mist.

BOTANICAL ACTION

KAOLIN (Mineral Clay)

is a naturally occuring porous clay rich in the mineral kaolinite which has powerful moisture binding properties and the ability to draw out and absorb impurities from deep within the skin layers.
Botanically antibacterial it clarifies pores and removes dead skin cells thereby promoting cell turnover while also stimulating circulation for a combined facilitation of a healthier, brighter and firmer skin surface and improved barrier function.

GLYCERINE (Vegetable-derived)
is a naturally occuring highly emollient water soluble fatty alcohol that is derived from coconut and other plant oils.
