Lightning Sazerac Cocktail
The classic Sazerac, originates from New Orleans. We didn’t want to mess with this classic so we decided to add a bit of lightning to the mix instead. Rye Whiskey, Cognac, Peychauds and Angostura bitters with a refreshing hint of Absinthe.
To serve, pour approximately 60ml into a rocks glass that is chilled with ice. Garnish with a zest of lemon peel.
