Salted Caramel Espresso Martini Cocktail
The infamous Espresso Martini with salted caramel. A blend of Fair Trade coffee liqueur, dark rum, salted caramel syrup, and coffee. The perfect nightcap for after dinner cocktails.
To serve, pour approximately 60ml into a rocks glass that is chilled with ice. Garnish with a bit of chocolate on the side. Alternatively, pour the same measure into a shaker. Shake and strain into a martini glass and garnish with some coffee beans.
